1. Physical Products (Hardware & Accessories)
Returns (7 Days)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that are damaged, altered, scratched, or misused after delivery will not qualify for return.
2. Digital Products (Software & License Keys)
Due to the nature of digital goods:
- All software, license keys, and downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
- If a license key is proven invalid or defective, we will verify and provide a replacement where applicable.
- Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues if system requirements were clearly stated.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence
- We will assess and offer a replacement where applicable
Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened software packages
- Activated license keys
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
