Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Max-Tech I.T Solutions Store. We are committed to providing quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Physical Products (Hardware & Accessories)

Returns (7 Days)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that are damaged, altered, scratched, or misused after delivery will not qualify for return.

2. Digital Products (Software & License Keys)

Due to the nature of digital goods:

• All software, license keys, and downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
• If a license key is proven invalid or defective, we will verify and provide a replacement where applicable.
• Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues if system requirements were clearly stated.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo or video evidence
• We will assess and offer a replacement where applicable

Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened software packages
• Activated license keys
• Customized or special-order products
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
